Returns + Exchanges


We are committed to providing you with a seamless online shopping experience. However, at this time I cannot issue refunds for any purchases. If you are not 100% satisfied with your jewelry, I will assist you with a prompt exchange (excluding shipping costs) within 15 days of receipt. 

If you ordered an incorrect size or need adjustments, I will happily help you with resizing to make sure your jewelry is a perfect fit. 

Together By Gravity reserves the right to refuse exchanges or unreasonable repairs of any jewelry that does not meet the requirements.  

US Customers

All costs of return shipping for exchange or repairs will be paid by the customer. For your protection, I suggest using a well- padded envelope or box to prevent damages with a trackable carrier (USPS, UPS, FEDEX). Together By Gravity will not take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during this process.

If you live outside the US. We are unable to offer you a return or exchange at this time.
